Still very much in the vanguard of the UK folk blues scene while barely into his mid twenties,Sunjay has already packed more into his career than some artists achieve in a lifetime. Returning to the club scene on the back of a tour playing the leading role in Buddy-surely the part he was born to play- Sunjay continues to channel folk and blues in his own inimitable manner. However, the rock 'n roll influence is unmistakably there as evidenced by a storming finale medley rivalling the legendary Led Zep epic for virtuosity and intensity. For a taste of his more traditional performance check him out on Belper Music and Arts web page. Tickets available at the venue or contact [email protected].
