With a range of material ranging from medieval pilgrims to the Gallipoli campaign and care in the community, the trio's instrumentation is no less eclectic. Supported by electro programming, they feature guitar, banjo, viola, accordion and harp with lead glockenspiel lending an ethereal and sometimes menacing edge to their music. No wonder that their 2014 album was titled 'All Life is Here' and was described as 'bold and original' by The Observer.
Now,with their latest album 'War Stories' given a four star review by The Guardian, they return to Belper. Definitely cutting edge music which continues to transform the folk world.
