Global troubador Andy White returns to The Queens Head on December 1st. Belfast born and bred, Andy gained his wide audience in the late eighties via the Kershaw show with songs as diverse as 'Religious Persuasion' and 'Looking for James Joyce's Grave' displaying his gift for sharp political commentary and lyrical improvisation.
Now resident in Australia and with a worldwide audience including Canada where he collaborates with Stephen Fearing,another Queens Head favourite, Andy embarks on a rare and brief UK tour to perform his latest album 'Imaginary Lovers' as well as a remarkable back catalogue.
Supporting Andy for this gig will be Chesterfield's finest,Silk Road who have already endeared themselves to the Belper audience at October's We Shall Overcome Night.
